Position: Customer Service Officer(Graduate Trainee)
Location: Chongqing jiangbei airport& Downtown
Remuneration of Labour:CNY2,000/PerMonth
General Responsibilities:
CustomerService Officer (CSO) job responsibilities generally include staff overallperformance evaluation, airport operation cost control, oversee ground handlingagent performance are met with company standards, ensure flights are operatedin accordance with company safety requirement, provide good customer service byairport staff under his/her leadership in various situation, coordinate withairport & government facilities when required, play a major role ingenerating revenue, and frequently negotiate contracts with vendors and serviceproviders etc.
Key Job Description(including but not limitedto):
SuperviseGHA daily job performance in accordance to company requirements
Ensureflights are operated in safety manners
Ensuregood customer service is carried out on daily basis.
Keepairport operation costs are under budget
Coordinatewith airport authorities, catering, crew hotel for various issue
Ensurethat decisions are made within established company standards
Makesefficient utilization of all available passenger service resources to ensure asafe and on-time operation
Efficientlydeal with complains from passengers.
Pre-arrangement& assist for concerned department from head office before & duringtheir station audit trip.
Shall keepclose communication with local Airport Supervisor (or OIC) , Supervisor (or OIC)’sinstruction must be followed up.
Keep goodrelationship with local GHA/AA/Tower on site, and HDQ related departments.
Be calledout for over time to handle flight disruption is needed.
Job Requirements:
Excellentspoken and written English & Mandarin essential.
No experiencelimited.

Customerfocused with excellent customer service skills and problem solving attitude
Provensupervisory and people management experience.
Incoordination with the Airport team, negotiate and administer all major AirportAuthority, Air Traffic Control, CIQ and etc.
Ability towork under pressure and in crisis, Provide direction and front line support toairport team.
Focused onservice delivery, Anticipate competitor activities by service product trendsand initiate service strategies in a timely manner to out maneuver competitors.
Inaccordance with Company Service Deliver policy, ensure the airport team remainsfocused on the corporate sector generating premium revenue.
Brief andcoach agency incentive agreements.
UniversityEducated is preferred.
